What is the typical group size for these trips?
Our Gentleman's Collection trips are designed for groups of 4-12 guests. Smaller groups of 4-6 enjoy a more intimate experience, while larger groups of 8-12 benefit from better per-person pricing. We can accommodate larger groups with advance planning.
Are these trips all-inclusive?
Each package includes luxury accommodations, daily meals, guided activities, group transportation, and premium experiences as outlined in each trip's inclusions. International airfare is typically not included. Our concierge team can assist with flight arrangements.
Can we customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. SAZ Travel Collection specializes in fully customized group travel. We can adjust activities, add helicopter tours, private chef dinners, nightlife experiences, spa days, or any other element to match your group's vision and budget.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak travel seasons (May-October for Wyoming, year-round for South Carolina). Popular dates fill quickly, so early inquiry is encouraged to secure your preferred dates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Between 30-60 days, 50% is refunded. Within 30 days, no refund is issued. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all group bookings.
